We are seeking 2 highly motivated and enthusiastic engineering students to join our Chassis and Engine Design team for a 12‑month industrial placement. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in either our Chassis or Powertrain Design team, working on cutting‑edge projects that contribute to our motor sport programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of components and systems for high-performance vehicles.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed models and drawings.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and design reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs seamlessly.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Currently studying for an accredited Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related degree program.
  • Strong interest in motor sport and high-performance engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and engineering fundamentals.
  • Understanding of technical drawing standards and tolerancing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
