Salary: £45,000-£55,000
Working Days:
Mon‑Fri double‑days (23 days + banks)
Flexibility: shift hours; on‑call rota; occasional weekend work (typically every other week)

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Perform maintenance and fault‑finding on machinery, including Siemens PLCs and electrical production equipment.
• Reporting &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Report to senior management and work with engineers and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Automation Projects:
  Assist in upgrading manual machinery to automated systems to support business growth.
• Project & Continuous Improvement:
  Lead and suggest improvements and project work to enhance efficiency.
• Compliance & Support:
  Ensure compliance with standards and provide support for production running 24/6.

• Qualifications:
  
  Electrical or multi‑skilled engineer with a strong electrical bias, qualified to NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition.
• Experience:
  
  5‑8 years’ experience in an engineering role.
• Technical Background:
  Open to candidates from any industry, not limited to maintenance backgrounds.
• Flexibility:
  Willing to take part in an on‑call rota on a flexible basis and comfortable with occasional weekend work, typically every other week.
