A leading engineering staffing provider is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the manufacture of prototype power systems at their Banbury site. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, be qualified to Hazardous Voltage Level 4, and possess strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering best practices. This role involves supporting prototype builds and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Full-time, site-based role with travel required as needed.
