Race Car Race Engineer- GB

Arden International Motorsport is a multiple formula racing team created and run by Garry Horner, it currently competes in the GB3 and GB4 Championships and formerly ran in FIA F2, GP2, A1 GP, F3000, World Series by Renault, GP3, Formula Regional Europe, Renault Eurocup and British F4.

Arden International Motorsport is looking for a highly experienced Race Car Race Engineer to join our team, working on GB3 cars at the very highest level.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a genuine winning team, with proven success across the UK and Europe in state-of-the-art workshop facilities based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

You will be responsible for the preparation of race cars to exceptionally high standards, ensuring every car that leaves our workshop is race-ready, immaculately finished, and built to compete at the front of the field.

• Lead and mentor a team in executing performance and simulation projects
• Define and manage the strategic direction of the vehicle dynamics department
• Lead the Race Engineering department to enhance vehicle performance
• Drive short-term and long-term performance initiatives.
• Implement new simulation and analysis tools to improve data accuracy and speed
• Attend all race events, analyse and provide feedback for continuous performance improvement and develop efficient reporting and documentation processes for the department

• Significant experience in motor sport performance engineering or vehicle dynamics
• Proficiency in Data analysis software PI Toolbox, Magnetti Marelli etc and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
• In-depth understanding of vehicle physics and data analysis
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines
