YOUR ROLEAre you ready to play a key role in supporting our finance operations? At CEVA Logistics we are looking for a Finance Assistant Accounts Payable to join our team in Chipping Warden. This is a vital role where you will support employee expenses, supplier payments and provide essential support to the wider finance team.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee expenses and preparing payments on a daily basis. You will prepare bank payments for expenses, supplier runs and other ad hoc payments, as well as completing daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation of supplier payments and customer receipts.
Handling daily toll and Dart charge payments, posting and reconciling company credit cards and administering suppliers within Sage and the banking system will form part of your day to day responsibilities. Alongside assisting with the finance email inbox, you will provide general finance support, cover holidays and support the wider business with ad hoc finance tasks.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance administration role and be IT literate with good Excel skills. You will be personable, self-motivated and have strong communication skills. Experience with in accounts payable, Sage 200 or an AAT qualification would be advantageous.
