Credit Controller | Hybrid | Wilmslow | 37.5 Hours Two opportunities available! We're looking for experienced Credit Controllers to join a friendly and supportive finance team. There are 2 roles available - one 9-month contract and one 12-month contract , with potential for both positions to become permanent . What you'll be doing Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and letter Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits Resolving customer queries Cash allocation and account management Sending copy invoices and supporting with general finance administration Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues What we're looking for Previous Credit Control experience is essential Good understanding of transactional finance Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook Strong communication and negotiation skills Organised, proactive and able to prioritise Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic Why join?
