• Lead System Ownership: You’ll take full responsibility for Dynamics 365, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of a busy and dynamic business environment.

• Deliver Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation, streamline internal processes, and shape integration strategies across systems.

• Mentor and Support: Act as an escalation point for technical issues and mentor junior support functions to build internal capability.

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365
  , ideally in a functional or in‑house consultancy capacity.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems architecture and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dev Ops
  , Power Platform tools, or reporting solutions like Power BI.
• Confident working with cross‑functional stakeholders to define needs and deliver improvements.
• Comfortable managing systems roadmaps, vendors, and change processes.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with finance systems, accounting teams, or global business environments.
