Project Manager

Cameo is recruiting for a Project Manager to join an established and innovative technology business based in Banbury on a full time, permanent basis. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to plan, coordinate and deliver software development, configuration and implementation projects - keeping everything moving, managing expectations and making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected standard.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating projects from initiation through to delivery and customer sign-off
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinating software development, configuration and implementation activity
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis and Professional Services teams
• Supporting Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Monitoring project progress, identifying blockers and keeping delivery on track
• Managing scope, change requests, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinating customer deployment activity, including testing, data migration and go-live
