Hours:

7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 3pm Friday. Pay Rate: £13.50, rising to £14.41 after the successful qualifying period. Duration:
Temp-to-Perm. Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a Maintenance/Yard Operative to join our client on an ongoing assignment in Banbury. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you ll play a key part in supporting refurbishment and upkeep tasks.

• Carrying out general maintenance and refurbishment duties
• Stripping out old fittings and furnishings
• Cleaning and preparing areas for reuse
• Installing, trimming, and replenishing new materials
• Performing varied repair and maintenance tasks as required
• Supporting with refurbishment works to ensure high-quality finishes
• Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe
• Working outside in all weather conditions

• Previous experience in a maintenance role is advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience with carpentry is an advantage
• Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
