CRM Manager

We have a new opportunity for a CRM Manager to be joining a progressive company in Banbury on a full time, permanent basis. You will lead and own the CRM strategy for the UK and Ireland and managing all areas of the CRM (MS Dynamics یک)} and its interface with all the key departments in the business. You will be responsible for leading the CRM team (three people) on all day-to-day operational aspects of the system, ensuring efficiency in training, supporting management, technical roll outs and updates,WELCOME you, automation, reporting and analytics, and master data (SAP) integration.

You will also be leading and project managing an annual plan for system and process improvements.

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing and coaching the CRM team and resources in order to deliver strategic business priorities and growth efficiently
• Setting out, communicating and executing an annual CRM strategy and plan to meet UK and Ireland business, Head Office and Departmental objectives
• Establishing strong relationships with key شریکا Internal and Head Office stakeholders
