Sales Manager
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and manage a team of Business Development Leads to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers.
You will have a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team, and confidence with working in a busy sales environment.
Benefits and Package for a Sales Manager:
- Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum + an uncapped commission structure
- Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
- Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of BDL to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Monitoring and optimising Contact Centre metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Weekly meetings with CEO and key senior stakeholders to discuss team performance and ongoing targets
- Providing hands-on coaching and development to enhance team performance and individual growth
- Holding training sessions for raw talent candidates
- Driving results for ambitious KPIs and service standards
- Utilising your commercial acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
- 3+ years as a Sales Team Manager
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more
- Team and side-by-side coaching experience is advantageous
- A proven track record of engaging with and managing a sales team
- Be inspired to drive excellence with your own targets and your teams
