Highly suited to someone with a technical / engineering background that has moved into a more office based role. You could have been a parts coordinator for a Vehicle dealership, within the automotive aftermarket or within other related manufacturing / engineering businesses.

You will be handling customer queries, in particular providing part identification and servicing information by referencing catalogues, part specifications, technical publications, drawings, and fitting instructions.
