Production Operative

Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 07:30am - 1:30pm

Contract: Temporary Project Role (anticipated until February)
We are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an exciting project assembling high-quality products within a supportive team environment.

Please note this role is expected to run until February
, although there may be opportunities for extension depending on business requirements. The company also reserves the right to introduce a split-shift pattern if operational needs require this during the project.
There is free on-site parking available for all employees.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production process, ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard of quality and accuracy while meeting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products in line with production processes and work instructions.
  • Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Complete and maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Follow strict quality standards and procedures.
  • Identify, log, and report any faults or production issues.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Support other production areas as required.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties in support of the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and solve problems effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
