As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will work within our in‑house ecommerce and marketing team, supporting the commercial performance and day‑to‑day operation of our online platforms. The role has a strong focus on ecommerce trading, product merchandising, platform optimisation, and performance analysis, while also supporting customer service and order management to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience. You will play an important role in shaping how our brands perform and are presented online, directly influencing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone looking to continue developing their ecommerce career in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day‑to‑day trading and performance of ecommerce platforms, ensuring products are accurately merchandised and presented in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain and optimise product listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, imagery, and categorisation.
  • Support ecommerce‑related customer enquiries, returns, and order issues, providing professional and timely responses. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
  • Manage product categories and site navigation to improve usability and customer journey.
  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and sales performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Support the planning and execution of onsite promotions, campaigns, and targeted offers.
  • Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value, using analytics tools and Excel.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and ecommerce specialists to support campaigns, site updates, and new feature implementation.
  • Attend meetings, present performance updates where required, and support wider ecommerce initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Experience or strong interest in ecommerce operations, trading, or digital retail.
  • Customer service experience within a retail or ecommerce environment is desirable.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and online customer journeys.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and deadline‑driven.
  • Luxury brand or retail experience preferred.
Education & Experience
  • GCSEs or A-levels required (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Nice to have:
    Knowledge of automotive and motor sport industries.
