About the Role    We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Banbury. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to secure a permanent position with a well-established employer.

Key Responsibilities      Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

Loading and unloading deliveries.

Moving stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Supporting goods in/out operations.

Carrying out manual handling duties when required.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements       A    valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence    is essential.

Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.

Good attention to detail and awareness of health and safety.

Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits      £14.56 per hour.

Monday to Friday working pattern.

Early finish every Friday on the day shift.

Ongoing training and support.

Weekly pay while employed through the agency.
