Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with all parties related regarding shipping documents (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority).

2. Monitoring container movement.

3. Arranging reports of long idle container.

4. Maintaining effective data completion and data maintenance, as well as excellent customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any field

2. Prior experience in Sales/Marketing of related industry (shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics) would be preferable.

3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4.Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

5.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); other foreign languages are an advantage.

6.Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.

8.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer operational issues.
