Operation Manager; Lippo Mall Lampung

Manage shopping mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, Facility management, housekeeping and maintenance.

Job Description:

Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.

Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.

Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.

Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.

Responsible and maintenance for mall operational including parking, security, housekeeping & landscape.

Requirements:

Have experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).

Enable to work in team.

Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field.
