Deputy Asset Manager

Ensure smooth daily operations across Coffee Mill Processing and Warehouse in accordance with production and dispatch plans. Oversee the execution of improvement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX to maintain cost efficiency and ensure proper asset utilization. Plan and prioritize production and warehouse activities to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Supervise operational expansion projects and identify process optimization opportunities

Coordinate effectively with other departments to align operational objectives and ensure seamless communication

Maintain high-quality standards, minimizing rework and waste in production and warehousing

Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance performance and competitiveness

Manage vendor coordination for equipment upgrades, repairs, and procurement

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational and financial reports

Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members in both Mill and Warehouse areas

Conduct employee performance evaluations and create individual development plans (IDPs)

Ensure all personnel receive required training according to the annual training plan

Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goals and values

Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in production, processing or warehouse operations with supervisory or managerial role

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, warehouse management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)

Familiar with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Able to operate computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Familiar with SHE and process safety management principles

Strong leadership and people management abilities

Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
