Area Bandung
Tanggung Jawab:
Melakukan analisa dan monitoring food cost seluruh Outlet
Melakukan review terhadap hasil stock opname , waste, mutasi barang , dan pembelian outlet
Mengindentifikasi dan menginvestigasi selisih stok serta penyebabnya
Melakukan audit operasional/visit outlet sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan
Menyusun laporan audit beserta rekomendasi perbaikan kepada atasan dan departemen terkait
Melakukan verfikasi data transaksi penjualan , pembelian dan penggunaan bahan baku
Melakukan monitoring tindak lanjut atas temuan audit sampai selesai
Berkoordinasi dengan lintas divisi terkait temuan audit
Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan terkait hasil Audit/Cost Control
