Accounting & Tax Manager

Lead and supervise the Accounting and Tax team, ensuring daily accounting and tax activities are performed accurately and efficiently.

Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliation, accruals, adjustments, and financial reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation, calculation, and submission of corporate tax returns and other tax obligations.

Monitor compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and identify potential tax risks and opportunities.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business planning and decision-making.

Analyze financial performance, variances, and key financial indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and the company’s overall financial position.

Establish and maintain effective accounting and tax policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records, tax documents, and supporting schedules.

Review and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Provide financial and tax analysis to support management in strategic and operational decision-making.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant financial requirements, and assess their impact on the business.

Perform other accounting, tax, and financial management duties as assigned by management.
