** Responsibilities
* ** Assist the operation team in managing daily client communications (email, chat, meetings, etc).
* Ensure all client requests, needs, and feedback are communicated clearly to the operational team.
* Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Support the team in maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients.
* Help identify potential issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
* Act as a facilitator to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties.
** Qualifications
* ** Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably from Communication,
* Business Administration, Marketing, and Management majors).
* Active in organizations or event committees.
* Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Able to learn fast regarding No

* Good time management and highly responsive.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
* Willing to work on-site from 9 to 5 in Bandung.
