Job Description s

• Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service.
• Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student‑teacher attendances, etc.).
• Provide assistance and information on product features.
• Support and ensure information of learning process services.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Creative and pro‑actively come with improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
• Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
• Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills
