Peace Generation or Peace Gen is a social enterprise dedicated to championing peace education since 2007. For more than 17 years, Peace Gen has focused on Peace Education Development Training, Learning Media Development, and Advocacy for Peace Messages.
Through creative and fun media, we collaborate with educators, students, and young people as agents of change to create a peaceful and inclusive society.
Job Vacancy: 1 person
Final-year student or bachelor's degree (S1) fresh graduate from International Relations, Communication, Political Science, Social Science, or other relevant fields.
Has good administration, documentation, and data management skills.
Able to write minutes of meetings, activity reports, and monitor work progress in a structured manner.
Accustomed to using Google Workspace.
Having an interest in peace issues, education, diversity, youth development, or social entrepreneurship is an added value.
Has active English skills, both spoken and written.
Understanding the culture of community hub development.
Hard
Competency:
Able to manage program/project documents, write meeting minutes, create simple reports, and maintain project administration neatness.
Able to monitor activity progress, update project trackers, and ensure the follow-up of each activity is well-documented.
Able to use Google Workspace.
Soft
Competency:
Able to communicate effectively and well both orally and in writing, as well as able to coordinate with various parties.
Thorough in managing program data, documents, and information to ensure accuracy, neatness, and avoid errors in the administrative and reporting processes.
Able to respond to changing program needs quickly, and find effective solutions to operational constraints that arise.
Able to show initiative and proactivity in identifying work needs, following up on tasks, and providing solutions without having to wait for continuous direction.
Job Description:
Managing project administration, namely the creation of Minutes of Meetings, Terms of Reference, invitation letters, attendance lists, and financial reporting documents;
Assisting in filling out project monitoring tools through Spreadsheets and Google Drive;
Assisting the Innovation & Program team to provide project documents during the project planning, implementation, and reporting processes;
Assisting in the communication and coordination process with both the internal team or various stakeholders (partners, consultants, vendors, beneficiaries, etc.);
Assisting in data compilation for project reporting and institutional documentation;
Job Target:
The organization of organized, accurate, and timely program and project administrative support.
The availability of periodic monitoring data and progress updates of the program/project that can be used by the team.
The availability of organized and easily accessible program/project planning, implementation, and reporting documents.
The availability of effective coordination and communication support with both internal teams and external parties to support program/project implementation.
Supporting the execution of program and project operational tasks in accordance with directions from the Innovation & Program team.
