Role DescriptionThe Mortgage Broker Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung. This role supports mortgage brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing and organising loan documentation, updating client records, and managing appointment schedules. The assistant communicates with clients, lenders, and insurance providers to gather required information, respond to inquiries, and follow up on application status. Responsibilities also include data entry into brokerage systems, maintaining accurate files, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
The role requires a focus on customer service, timely coordination of documents, and effective support to mortgage brokers to help ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
- Strong English and customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with lending concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance, including document management, scheduling, and accurate data entry.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Comfortable working on‑site in Bandung and collaborating in a team‑oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of office productivity tools and CRM or loan management systems.
- Relevant education in business, finance, administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in mortgage, banking, is beneficial.
