Admin BBN

This role involves managing vehicle documentation and administrative processes for an automotive dealership, including preparation and verification of vehicle documents, handling vehicle transfer tax (BBN) administration, recording and reporting, and coordinating with sales, finance, and related agencies.

Prepare and verify completeness of new vehicle documents such as invoices, , vehicle registration certificates (STNK), vehicle ownership certificates (BPKB), and receipts

Ensure all physical vehicle data and supporting documents are correct before processing

Handle BBN I (new vehicle) administrative processes with Samsat or relevant agencies

Manage issuance of vehicle registration certificates (STNK) and vehicle ownership books (BPKB) until completion

Record vehicle BBN administrative data into company systems or databases

Create periodic reports on vehicle document processing status

Manage archives of important company and customer documents neatly

Coordinate with sales, finance, or related service agencies regarding document processing progress

Hand over STNK and BPKB to customers or ensure documents are distributed properly

D3 or S1 education in any field (preferably Management or Business Administration)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data entry, cost formulas, and invoice recaps

Minimum 1 year experience in automotive dealership administration or vehicle document management (preferred)

Understand vehicle legality procedures such as STNK, BPKB, vehicle invoices, and tax notices

Understand progressive tax systems, vehicle transfer tax (BBN) regulations, and local vehicle mutation rules

Good communication skills to coordinate with third parties, Samsat, police, or service agencies

Detail-oriented and able to work with strict deadlines
