School Administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in school administration or a related field.
• Good communication skill (people person), customer service oriented.
• Proficient in using Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) with experience in managing and inputting educational data accurately.
• This position will be placed in Summarecon Bandung.

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including enrollment, attendance, andgrades.
• Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the school office.
• Act as the primary contact for students and parents regarding administrative inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor and report on expenditures and financial transactions.
• Organize and manage school events, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
