Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide the development and execution of business development strategies focused on electronic retail and consumer electronics channels to achieve departmental targets.
Supervise the identification, approach, and acquisition of potential retail partners
, ensuring effective negotiation, onboarding, and end-to-end partnership management by the team.
Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable business growth.
Lead and monitor market expansion initiatives
, directing the team in identifying and penetrating new sales channels, retail networks, and business opportunities within assigned territories.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of business growth plans, promotional activities, and brand objectives.
Oversee brand visibility initiatives
, ensuring effective placement of strategic signage, in-store promotions, and branding activities across targeted retail locations.
Review and analyze market and competitor insights
, guiding the team in anticipating trends, pricing dynamics, and shifts in consumer behavior to support proactive strategy adjustments.
Prepare, review, and validate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management, ensuring accuracy and relevance for strategic planning and decision-making.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Channel Sales

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (fluency in English is a plus).
