Qualifications:- Minimum educational background Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor especially in consulting company.
- Have experience in hospitality projects like hotel, resort, mall, apartment, etc.
- Able to prepare Bill of Quantities and RAB (Budget Variation).
- Able to create budget forecasting and execution control.
- Proficient in project material specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and structural drawings.
Willing to travel for work or be assigned at Bandung and Bali.
