Pelaksana Proyek Borepile responsible for overseeing and ensuring borepile work is executed according to method and targets. The role involves monitoring drilling, casing, reinforcement cage, tremie, and concrete pouring activities on geotechnical construction projects.
Key responsibilities- Oversee and ensure borepile work runs according to method and target
- Monitor drilling, casing, reinforcement cage, tremie, and concrete pouring work
- Ensure readiness of equipment, materials, and workforce
- Create daily work progress reports
- Coordinate with Site Manager/Project Manager
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and K3 standards
- Identify field constraints and assist in finding solutions
- Manage and coordinate with equipment operators, welders, workers, suppliers, and related parties
- Minimum education:
SMK/D3/S1 Civil Engineering - Experience as Pelaksana/Field Staff on borepile projects is an advantage
- Understand borepile work processes from drilling, casing, reinforcement/cage, tremie, to concrete pouring
- Able to read work drawings and understand work execution methods
- Able to monitor work progress and material requirements in the field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, disciplined, firm, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed at project locations
