Occupational Health & Safety, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site
Conduct routine inspections of working conditions, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety equipment
Prepare and deliver reports on work accidents, incidents, and corrective actions
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to workers, vendors, and subcontractors
Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure compliance with HSE standards
Conduct accident investigations and formulate preventive measures
Ensure all environmental and safety permits are obtained and fulfilled
Assist in internal and external audits related to HSE
RequirementsBachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in power infrastructure construction projects (Substation/Gardu Induk, Transmission Lines, or Power Plant)
Valid Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker) or BNSP K3 Supervisor Level certification
Certified Ahli K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety certification)
Certified Auditor for SMK3 or ISO 45001
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment (HIRADC)
Proficient in preparing incident reports, safety programs, and clear communication for on-site training
