About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Design Executive to develop visual content that strengthens HOSHŌ DIGITAL’s brand and marketing presence. In this role, you will be responsible for translating ideas, campaigns, and business messages into engaging visual assets across digital and corporate channels.

• Visual Design: Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Creative Development: Translate concepts and briefs into clear and engaging visual content.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain HOSHŌ DIGITAL’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all materials.

  Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative campaign assets.
• Presentation Design: Create professional presentations, infographics, and business materials.
• Digital Content: Support the creation of video, motion, or multimedia content where required.
• Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work with Singapore HQ on regional creative and branding initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Location / Residency: Must be based/residing in Bandung, Indonesia and able to work on-site.
• English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative design, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

  Skills:
  
  Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, composition, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Software & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
  , or equivalent design tools.
• Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Additional Advantage: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or digital marketing content is preferred.
