- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
- Highly creative with a strong sense of current visual trends in social media and digital marketing
- Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with content creators and management
- Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Open to feedback and eager to continuously develop design skills
- Portfolio (academic projects, freelance work, or personal creations) is a plus
- Create social media graphics following the content calendar, in close coordination with content creators
- Design various marketing materials: offline branding, posters, brochures, and other client/internal requests
- Follow briefs and brand guidelines to keep designs consistent with the brand identity
- Revise designs quickly based on feedback from team or clients
- Stay updated on design trends to keep visuals modern and engaging
- Share creative ideas with management to improve online marketing results
