Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of borrower customer data.
- Conduct contract signing with customers in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform field visits or surveys to customers’ offices to verify information and maintain service quality.
- Provide an excellent customer experience through professional interaction and responsive service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and contract processes.
- Minimum SMK/SMA/Diploma degree in any major.
- Preferably has experience in customer service, field survey, or credit administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Willing to work in the field and travel to customer locations.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) is an advantage.
- STNK & Motorcycle valid number plate.
- Have an active smartphone and cellphone number.
- Mastering the Jabodetabek and surrounding areas.
