Job Description
- Providing information on bank products and services
- Handling, following up on and resolving customer complaints
- Managing archives and administration
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, especially operational risks, in every transaction conducted by Customer Service
- Conducting customer due diligence to obtain accurate and relevant information regarding prospective customer data in accordance with the data submitted on the account opening application
- Conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers by adding additional requirements or data requirements that prospective customers must meet
- Minimum of Diploma from any major
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office & Power Point
- Customer-oriented
- Placement at Sea Bank Branch, Bandung
