- Menerima panggilan telepon yang masuk

- Melakukan pekerjaan lainnya untuk posisi call center
- Berdomisili di Bandung
- Lulusan D3 / S1 semua Jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (Fresh graduate/berpengalaman)
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan komputer office
- Mau bekerja dalam sistem shift
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki jiwa service, ramah, empati dan berbicara dengan artikulasi yang jelas
- Good Looking (Badan Proporsional) dan rapi (pakaian dan rambut)
- Suara Phonegenic dan tidak berlogat
- Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar, disiplin dan motivasi yang tinggi
- Memiliki kesehatan yang baik
