Location: Kota Bandung
Galileo Indonesia, bagian dari PT Galileo Indonesia Perdana, membuka lowongan untuk posisi dukungan teknis GDS pada layanan pelanggan di Bandung. Anda akan menangani pertanyaan pelanggan, melakukan troubleshooting tingkat dasar, dan berkoordinasi dengan tim NOC HQ untuk solusi yang tepat.
Peran ini mengutamakan kemampuan komunikasi bilingual dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, kesiapan untuk bepergian untuk pelatihan/instalasi, serta kemampuan bekerja secara on-site sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
