Handle client/patient inquiries directly as well as via telephone, email, or social media with courtesy and professionalism. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Provide information about products, services, and company policies to clients/patients. Build good relationships and increase client/patient satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks related to customer service. Provide feedback and suggestions to management for customer service improvements.

- Minimum education:
SMA or equivalent - Work experience as a customer service officer or similar position preferred
- Good communication skills and friendly in interacting with customers
- Customer service orientation focused on customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of company products or services
