PRIMARY SCHOOL CHINESE TEACHER - SEKOLAH BINA PERSADA Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Primary Education, or related field with a valid Primary School Chinese Teacher Qualification Certificate.
• Familiar with the primary school Chinese curriculum and able to teach reading, writing, and character recognition effectively.
• Fluent in Mandarin with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
• Responsible, patient, caring, and able to work well in a team.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred; able to handle lesson planning, teaching, grading, and parent communication independently.

• Teach primary school Chinese and create engaging lessons to improve students’ reading and writing skills.
• Prepare lessons, assess student progress, and provide learning feedback.
• Participate in teaching discussions and maintain good communication with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching quality and support school activities.

• Provide lending services to students and teachers and be responsible for the book return process.
• Analyse needs and manage library collections.
• Design schedule and implement activities for students in the library according to their educational level, such as storytelling programmes, book clubs, and activities that support learning activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to support literacy activities.
• Design and implement library promotion activities to increase readability and visitation levels.
