Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons to students aged 3–18 years old. Use electronic media and English 1-developed courseware to teach English.
• Monitor students' development and evaluate their progress. Provide guidance for improvement to students and their parents.
• Maintain student and class records.
• Participate in marketing and off‑site events.
• Conduct placement tests.
• Assign and evaluate out‑of‑class exercises.
• Participate in social activities with students to encourage oral English proficiency.

Begin your journey with our comprehensive pre‑service training before stepping into the classroom.

Location: Bandung Regency

Teach in a dynamic environment just outside Bandung city, surrounded by stunning landscapes, rich culture, and welcoming communities.

Work Schedule: 6‑day work week

This is a full‑time position with a six‑day teaching schedule.

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an English‑related field is required.

At least one year of relevant teaching experience is highly valued. A reference from a previous employer will strengthen your application.

Previous teaching experience is a plus — be ready to share what you’ve taught and what you enjoy most about the classroom.

Strong self‑motivation, flexibility, resilience, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

You will take part in an engaging three‑week training program designed to build practical teaching skills and confidence.

Teachers are expected to follow English 1’s Dress Code and Code of Conduct at all times.

A minimum one‑year contract is required, offering stability and professional growth within a supportive team.

Once hired, you will need to prepare an SKCK, NPWP, degree and transcript, and a CIMB Niaga Payroll bank account number.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and make Bandung their new home.
