• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Educational Psychology, or related majors.
• At least one year of experience in counseling, education, or student counseling at the high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of academic planning, student potential development, and university entrance selection processes is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of working independently or in a team.

• Design curriculum and advisory programs that meet student needs and ready for implementation.
• Develop structured advisory content from inception to the end of the student support period.
• Analyze student needs and achievements to provide data‑driven program improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate seminars, workshops, and development programs for students and parents.
