Learning Program Designer Officer

To draft, design, and develop innovative and relevant learning curriculum and materials for retail fashion employees across the Head Office and store outlets. Ensure the effectiveness of training programs in improving customer service and sales competencies according to company standard operating procedures

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
  Conduct competency gap analyses and identify training priorities based on retail business goals and store operational evaluations.
• Curriculum & Material Design:
  Develop comprehensive syllabus, modules, facilitator guides, and learning media (print /digital) for onboarding, product knowledge, visual merchandising, customer service, and retail operations.
• E-Learning & Digital Content Creation:
  Design interactive digital content and manage modules on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to maximize staff engagement and accessibility.
• Program Evaluation:
  Execute Kirkpatrick Level 1 (Reaction) to Level 3 (Behavior) evaluations to measure training effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Educational Technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, specifically as an Instructional Designer or Training Developer (preferably within retail industry).
• High technical literacy with strong adaptability to modern learning creation tools, digital authoring software (e.g., Canva, AI Adaptation), and LMS platforms
• Strong expertise in designing structured curriculum and syllabus, with proven capability to translate training content into effective Instructional System Design (ISD)
• Strong capability in evaluating training programs via Kirkpatrick model.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
• Professional certification in Instructional Design, E-Learning Development is a strong advantage.
