Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:



Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Lead process improvement project for sourcing especially focus on fulfilment, cost out, cash and Supplier management for repair shop in Bandung, Indonesia
• Drive project to improve process in sourcing activities based on lean kaizen approach
• Working with other function such as operation, quality and finance.
• Conducting data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

• Opportunity to learn and execute lean six sigma
• Opportunity to learn the business from end to end
• Opportunity to have global exposure
• Exposure to power generation workshop machinery and operating technology
• Supporting Vendor qualification Project
• Exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies.

• Currently pursuing/Completed a Degree in any Major, engineering or accountancies preferred
• Competent with MS Office applications
• Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes - Possess good communication skills
• Experience in exchange student program, study abroad program or leadership activities (preferable)
• Able to work together as team
• Willing to be based in Bandung, full WFO
