Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in analyzing and improving operational workflows to enhance SQDCP aspects of the Company.
• Initiate basic improvement projects and collaborate with other departments to execute them.
• Support the team with data collection and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate daily with operators, supervisors, engineers, and other staff.
• Adhere to all EHS procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Raise concerns or stop work if unsafe conditions or quality risks are observed.
• Participate in GE Lean Action Work Out (AWO) events.

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Organizational experience is desired.
• Familiarity with engineering design software is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
• High integrity and compliance with Company Rules and Values.
• Open, honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work individually or in a team.
• Willingness to stay in Bandung.

• Gain practical experience in operations management and process improvements, including Lean implementation.
• Develop understanding of GE Vernova RVS Service Center operational strategies and business processes.
• Enhance analytical and project management skills through participation in real-world projects.
• Build professional relationships and networks.
