Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-lead process and quality improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
- Support product qualification package activities.
- Learn and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to positively impact the business.
- Conduct data collection and apply data-driven analytical approaches to problem solving.
- Gain exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery and operating technologies.
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material, or Industrial Engineering.
- Competent with MS Office applications.
- Inclusive mindset with imagination and courage to make changes.
- Good communication skills.
- Available to intern for 6 months in Bandung.
