Be a part of our team specializing in game quality and localization testing as Language Tester Intern – Arabic (AR). We’re looking for individuals with meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for games to help ensure our titles deliver a high-quality player experience in every supported language.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing to ensure translated in-game text, UI, subtitles, prompts, and system messages are correctly implemented in Arabic
- Verify text readability, spacing, clipping, overlap, truncation, font rendering, placeholder handling, and general localization quality
- Identify, record, and track bugs such as wrong-context text, mixed-language issues, display issues, and linguistic inconsistencies
- Document test execution and results in a structured and systematic manner
- Coordinate with the QA team, production team, and development team for issue clarification and validation of fixes
- Verify that Arabic terminology, register, and player-facing wording are appropriate for the target market
Requirements
- No game testing experience needed
- Good English reading and writing skills. Speaking skills are a plus
- Must hold Arabic language certification:
– TOAFL (Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language): 500+, Or
– CEFR For Arabic: B2 equivalent. - Strong sensitivity to Arabic UI wording, subtitle readability, and context-driven dialogue usage
Proficient in documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting of testing processes and results - Strong passion for gaming and excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with game platforms and game genres
- Able to work on-site at Agate HQ in Summarecon Bandung
- Paid internship fee.
