Associate, Supervisor Collection Risk Management Group

Job Description

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

• Supervise and manage a team of collection officers to ensure effective and efficient debt collection processes
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquency levels
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to debt management
• Provide training and coaching to collection officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection processes and procedures

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a collection or risk management function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement collection strategies and processes
• Thorough understanding of credit and risk management principles
• Proficient in using relevant collection and reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
