Finance Controller
Increased efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability by managing team productivity, costs and budgets (on time on budget project and double‑digit margin).
Implement engineering innovation to reduce cost and bring best experience to clients.
Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
Plan for high‑risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct duration estimated tasks.
Update daily progress and report via email to Project Coordinator.
Gather and record any concern from field activity that might delay the project completion time.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Creating and maintaining financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
- Analyzing variances between budget and actual performance.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Determining optimal pricing for products and services to maximize profitability.
- Analyzing market competition and pricing trends.
- Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with clients and vendors to ensure favorable financial conditions.
Optimizing the management of accounts receivable and inventory to improve cash flow.
Business PartneringCollaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
Risk ManagementIdentifying and mitigating potential financial risks associated with business operations.
Cost Controlling & Analysis- Liaise with Procurement, Accounting, Corporate Technology, and related departments to develop sufficient cost control procedures and ensure that the suggested governance can be incorporated in the Procurement system.
- Prepare periodic Cost Analysis reports for FP&A Senior Manager, Group Controller, CFO, and respective Department Heads.
- Provide insights and analysis of overall Company expenditure, and suggest recommendations related to productivity or cost savings potential to management.
- University Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in civil engineering from reputable universities.
- 3 years of working experience (Civil), preferably in M&A deal advisory and/or corporate planning and budgeting role.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, strong attention to detail, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Mature, willing to learn and contribute.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in working with large datasets.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
