Responsibilities
- Lead and define overall digital marketing strategies (affiliate, ads, social media specialist, e-commerce enabler management)
- Translate client business goals into clear marketing plans and direction
- Review, guide, and optimize team execution across all channels
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and give strategic recommendations
- Act as the main strategic contact for clients
- Lead and manage 2+ team members, ensuring alignment and performance
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and growth targets
- Provide insights and improvements based on data and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/digital strategy
- Strong understanding of digital marketing overall (ads, content, marketplace)
- Able to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple clients or projects
