Software Quality Assurance; SQA

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Hepytech, you will be the final gatekeeper of excellence. We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to ensure that every web and mobile application we deliver meets the highest standards of stability, security, and usability. You will work closely with our developers to identify defects early and ensure that our clients—from global brands to enterprise leaders—receive a flawless digital product.

• Test Planning & Execution:
  Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored for diverse web and mobile applications.
• Full‑Cycle Testing:
  Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee software integrity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with development teams to identify, document, and track defects using industry‑standard tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Technical Validation:
  Utilize test management and technical tools, including SQL for database verification and Postman for API testing.
• Documentation:
  Maintain meticulous documentation of testing processes, results, and logs of encountered issues for future reference.
• Feedback Loop:
  Analyze test results and provide constructive feedback to developers to continuously enhance product quality and user experience.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest industry trends, QA methodologies, and automation tools to optimize our testing workflow.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 4+ years of experience in SQA (Talented fresh graduates with a strong eye for detail are also welcome to apply).

  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with test management tools, SQL for data validation, Postman for API, and mobile testing for both Android and iOS.
• Methodologies:
  Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC processes.
