Role Overview
We are hiring a senior, hands‑on Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Visibility Manager to own our global organic visibility, analytics foundation, and SEO first website backend execution.
This role entails full ownership across strategy and execution. The role is explicitly SEMrush led and Word Press based. Candidates must demonstrate modern SEO capability that spans traditional Google search and emerging AI/LLM discovery.
This role will also support the backend build and SEO architecture of our new website, working alongside internal content ownership and an external visual design.
Scope of Responsibilities- Own and execute a global SEO and AI search visibility strategy
- Balance traditional Google SEO with AI/LLM discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
- Continuously adapt strategy based on algorithm and platform changes
- Own GA4 setup, configuration, and governance
- Connect GA4 with CRM and marketing systems to enable attribution
- Define and monitor traffic, lead, and opportunity metrics
- Diagnose and resolve technical tracking issues
- Monitor performance trends and adjust strategy accordingly
- Research what customers actually search for across Google and AI tools
- Prioritize keywords by business value as well as search volume
- Map keywords to services, pages, and content ownership
- Define where the company should compete, defend, or deliberately avoid
- Maintain keyword tracking and Share of Voice in Search
- Execute on page SEO: copy optimization, headings, metadata
- Build internal linking strategies and SEO first page structures
- Implement schema markup and AI readable content structures
- Partner with content owners to ensure SEO intent is preserved
- Support the backend build of the company website
- Define page hierarchy, navigation logic, URLs, and taxonomies
- Configure SEO, performance, security, and analytics plugins
- Ensure SEO and analytics readiness pre‑ and post‑launch
- Lead SEO QA, redirect planning, and launch monitoring
- Cadence:
Create simple, clear dashboards showing - traffic trends, leads and conversions, rankings, and Share of Voice performance over time
- Update dashboards monthly
- Provide written summaries explaining what the data means and what to do next
- Tracking:
Monitor competitor visibility across Google search, AI answers, and summaries - Track Share of Voice and positioning using SEMrush
- Identify gaps and opportunities in competitors' strategies
- Facilitate workshops to align Sales and Marketing on
- What counts as a lead, how a lead becomes sales ready, how success is measured jointly
- Document definitions, handoffs, and attribution logic
- Have 5+ years hands on SEO and digital marketing
- Deep SEMrush expertise (keywords, SOV, audits, competitor reporting)
- Strong technical SEO fundamentals
- Practical GA4 setup and attribution experience
- Experience supporting Word Press builds
- Clear professional spoken and written English
- Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
- Demonstrated skill beyond data collection and into strategy development and execution
- Experience building executive dashboards
- Experience adapting SEO for AI/LLM
- Strong preferred B2B or complex service experience
